Season XII of the Mayhem Blood Bowl League ran from January to August 2026.
This season saw a magnificent 29 teams vying for the Mayhem Cup.Â
The teams were divided into 3 divisions and each team played 8 matches before the top two in each division and the next two highest scoring teams entered the playoffs.
The other teams competed in the ToiletBowl with 1 point for a win and up to 6 points per match for secret objectives.
